Every step brings us together in support of hope, connection, and suicide prevention.
The Race Against Suicide is an annual community 5K/10K hosted by the Missouri Suicide Prevention Network (MSPN). Together, we raise awareness, honor lives lost to suicide, support those impacted, and strengthen suicide prevention efforts across Missouri.

On September 26, 2026, our community came together in Jefferson City for a meaningful day of remembrance, encouragement, and action. With 484 registered participants and 15 teams, this year’s Race Against Suicide reflected the power of showing up for one another.
To our participants, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and everyone who helped make this event possible—thank you. Whether you walked, ran, cheered, shared resources, or honored someone you love, you helped create a day filled with connection and hope.
